WSIB - Return to Work: changes to policy – know your current obligations!

Effective December 1, 2010 the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) released a new policy as it relates to the Return to Work Process (RTW). The policy is entitled Responsibilities of Workplace Parties in the RTW Process.  The policy outlines guidelines for employers and employees obligations to participate in the Return to Work Process for more information please visit:
